Cancellation

You have full rights to cancel your order on Kidsor before your order is dispatched. We will process a full refund in that case. However, If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, wait for its delivery and follow the return policy.

Insurance

Kidsor uses credible international courier companies such as DHL and FedEx to fulfill international orders. A signature upon delivery may or may not be required for delivery. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft at the address after the courier marks the package as delivered at the address.
